By accessing or using soon.sh ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

soon.sh provides real-time Gmail monitoring and webhook notification services. The Service allows you to link Google Cloud projects, monitor Gmail mailboxes, and receive instant notifications when emails arrive.

The Service relies on Google Cloud Platform APIs including Gmail API, Cloud Pub/Sub, and related services. Availability and functionality may be affected by changes to these third-party services.

Current Pricing

The Service is priced at $10 USD per month per project. Each project includes unlimited mailbox monitoring and webhook deliveries within reasonable usage limits.

Price Adjustments

We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time. You will be notified of any price changes at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

Billing

Charges are billed monthly in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these terms.

Free Tier

We may offer a free tier with limited functionality. Free tier availability, features, and limitations are subject to change at our discretion.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys.

You must be at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements to use the Service.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including actions taken by third parties using your API keys.

You agree NOT to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data. Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers. Use the Service to send spam, phishing attempts, or malicious content. Exceed reasonable usage limits or abuse the Service in any way.

Google API Compliance

Your use of the Service must comply with Google's Terms of Service and API usage policies. You are responsible for ensuring your use of monitored Gmail accounts complies with all applicable terms.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.

You retain ownership of your data. We claim no intellectual property rights over the content in your monitored mailboxes.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee 100% uptime or uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable notice when possible.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, soon.sh and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless soon.sh, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in your dashboard.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All data associated with your account may be deleted.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
